Fresh New Week!

It has been almost two weeks since my last post! I'm not a very happy camper about that, but it is what it is. I do not plan to go back right now and post updates from those weeks, but may find time later this week to do so. Now that mommy and daddy both have started classes online, our evenings are full of reading textbooks and planning for the next day. However, I think that I'm pretty much caught up at the moment, and we are back into a schedule. So, let's move one, yes?

This week, I am super excited that we will begin our study of Creation Day 3 and rowing the book Mike Mulligan and the Steam Shovel! (For those of you who don't know what rowing is, read about the Five In A Row curriculum here)  I am mainly excited for this week, because the lessons planned are packed full of playing in the dirt, exploring dad's job working with heavy equipment, and a chocolate cake project to bring it all together on Friday!
